Family sessions when you have younger children can be a little chaotic, but I’m here to tell you to embrace the chaos! The chaos is part of the charm. When you let go of all your expectations, you also breathe easier and let you enjoy this moment without stressing.
My priority when photographing your family is to capture your genuine organic connection. I do try to get that classic portrait of everyone looking and smiling that you send out on a Christmas card, but the rest of the family session it is all about having fun! I have a series of prompts/games I direct your family through to get those belly laughs and none of the fake smiles. A lot of the poses I love either have eye contact with each other or a hug. Did you know that when you give/recieve a hug your brain releases endorphins and has a calming effect!
